WOO HOO! I’ve mastered the “art” of making the basic white sauce aka Béchamel sauce.

Alice has moved to a nursing home. Few reasons, but I won’t say.
I have been there with her the whole day for the last 2 days already. The transition has been really difficult for her. Can see that she is really upset
