I found a new hobby.
KNITTING!
and I’m hooked… Yay for me… not so for Mat (I’m starting to make a hole in his wallet)…. nyehehehehe..
One of my cellgroup member knows how to knit, so we went out one fine afternoon to the herbadashery/craft store, bought some yarn and needles, went straight to the foodcourt, and started knitting lessons with a cup of coffee!
Interesting fact:
Though no one knows when women first began to knit, we do know that history records it was the men who did the knitting. As far back as 200 A.D. knitting was an advanced and accomplished art.
And my first project… a winter scarf.
My first few stitches… got big holes somemore… wrong tensions.
I think this was my 5th go at it. The beauty of knitting is that, if you don’t like the width or if you did any mistakes, you can always pull everything apart and start all over again… the worst thing is… geramnyeeee…… actually I didn’t feel frustrated redoing and reknitting, I think Mat felt frustrated FOR me… but I was determined!
TADA! My finished scarf!
My next project… a sweater!
I’m on a mission to becoming a Domestic Goddess!!
Not Domestic Engineer, or CEO, or Domestic and Finance Minister, or whatever names you heard or called, but the ultimate… DOMESTIC GODDESS!! muahahahaha…
chewah…

After the sweater, it would be my beanie
so now you can start singing the knitting song from the courseware we did huahahahahha…..
can i make an advance booking?!?!?!? hehehehe……:P
